1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Review Season F.Z.E ("Review Season", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and prospective clients.
2. Company & Registration
Review Season F.Z.E is a Free Zone Establishment registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, operating in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable UAE Federal legislation governing free zone entities.
3. Services
Review Season provides online reputation management services, including review monitoring, review response management, reputation auditing, and related digital marketing activities. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
4. Ethical Conduct
We do not write, post, or procure fake, paid, or misleading reviews. All review-generation activities comply with the policies of the relevant platforms and with applicable consumer-protection laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. The client agrees not to request or authorise any deceptive review practices.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, authorised access to relevant accounts where required, and timely responses to legitimate customer complaints. The client is solely responsible for the truthfulness of any business information supplied to Review Season.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees are as set out in the applicable service agreement or published pricing. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable except where required by UAE law. Late payments may incur charges in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, methodologies, and materials created by Review Season remain our intellectual property. The client retains ownership of its own business name, reviews, and customer data. No intellectual property rights are transferred except as expressly stated in writing.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client information as confidential and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Our detailed practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Review Season shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees accrued up to the effective date of termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone. Any dispute arising shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration authority of the Emirate of Ajman, UAE.
12. Amendments
Review Season reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
